Overview

ESP(Electrostatic Precipitator) is that removes suspended dust particles from the gas or exhaust of an industrial process by applying a high-voltage electrostatis charge and collecting particles on charged plates.

Components & Features

Prefilter	Constructed of 4-layers of aluminummesh for maximum filteration of large particles and stable air flow-in
Collecting Cell	Design based on thorough practical foundation and proven data to maximize the collection of particles with anti-fly ash
Ionizer	Contains tungsten wires in high elasticity and strength and its body made of specialized aluminum
Power pack	Voltage exchange device for the collecting part of Ionizer (110V 50/60Hz 12KVDC) equipped with the solid-state circuit and overload protection circuit as a controller and breaker under 2mA - 5mA. In case of running stop, an operation lamp is turned off and if no problem, it gets back into high voltage automatically with operation lamp on. Automatic control (115V±13V) available according to leading voltage(LU standard, CSA mark obtained).

CYRUBBER

Overview

Cyrubber is that collects over 5㎛ particles by the vortex flow of a screw motion and gravity in tis inside. It adapted merits of Water Scrubber which collects over 0.1㎛ by directly spraying liquid on contaminants. So, it has high efficiency in micro particles treatment.
