RECYCLING PROCESS

Resource Recycling System is to produce compost productions with food wastes through pre-treatment, dry, fermentation, composting, packing facilities.

Main Facility Plan

Pre-treatment Facility	Input Hopper		Meets peak time disposal with enough storage capacity No powder-bridge design with a screw conveyer attached Prevents odor dispersion by the top door installation
	파봉파쇄 선별기		Crushes and sorts wastes at once with the foreign material automatic sorting simultaneously Excellent performance for waste plastic bags rupturing and waste crushing by high speed rotary blades Crushes plastic bags and wastes to less than 20mm in size Automatic sorting by the centrifugal force and gravity
	파쇄물 저장소		Equipped with a heater to prevent solidification of oily waste at low temperature Temporary storage of sorted wastes before crushing Agitator(stir) installed to uniformize the shape of crushed waste

Drting Facility	Dehydrator		High rate dehydration by a pressure-type screw dehydrator Available to control the dehydration rate and provides the minimum discharge of floating substances High durability and abrasion resistance by its sealed structure including the odor dispersion prevention
Drting Facility	Rotary Dryer		Efficient dry rate of dehydrated and crushed waste (Moisture content : 73% → 60%) Direct and indirect dry by a rotary cylindrical dryer (piping and double drum type) High rate dry by long lasting heat and radiation

Fermentation Facility	Aerobic Fermenter		Tunnel-type, sealed and undergroung structure, 15days fermentation (Moisture content : 60% → 40%) Sufficient room made of concrete (320m³x2ea) Optimized conditions maintained for fermentation and dried by a agitator
Fermentation Facility	Fermenting Agitator		15 days agitating(stirring) for high quality of fermentation Escalator-type agitator, regular agitating 2-3 times a day for the air distribution Automatic operation available with easy maintenance and high durability

Composting Facility	Evaporator		Screw-type and double jacketed structure using an indirect evaporation method Excellent and cost-effective dry using the high temperature waste combustion gas from RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)
	High-speed Mixer		Mixes fermented wastes and excipients swiftly and evenly Less fly ash by the ribbon-type and less noise and vibration
	Pelletizer & Cooler		Makes powdered compost into pellet-type products Cools down the pellet-type products efficiently Less noise and vibration while operation by 2 driving motors Crash coushioned operation by the V-Belt type Crash Cushion

Supply & Sales	Sales Contract : Welfare farms and Korean Organic Association etc. Supply to fertilizer plants : Ingredients for organic and general chemistry fertilizers Supply to farms : Compost for fruit farms and vegetable farms etc.
